These terms govern your use of TRUEscan. Please read them carefully — they define the rules for using our platform and the expectations we have of one another.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TRUEscan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Use of the Service
TRUEscan provides AI-based media authenticity analysis for informational purposes. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to upload content you do not have the right to analyse. You are responsible for the media you submit and for how you interpret and act on results.
3. Accuracy & Limitations
While TRUEscan uses advanced multi-layer analysis, no detection system is infallible. Results represent an informed assessment, not a legal guarantee. Verdicts of 'Uncertain' should prompt further investigation. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of scan results.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via secure Stripe checkout. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Refunds are handled in line with UK consumer law and our fair-use policy.
5. Liability
TRUEscan is provided 'as is' to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the preceding 12 months.
6. Account Termination
You may delete your account and data at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to reverse-engineer our detection systems.
